Set on a lot site, perched on a ridge, the design team at Drake Design has incorporated a modern aesthetic that play’s on the interpretation of the traditional shed like forms, but evokes a warmth with the use of simple connections with nature. Whilst still creating a family home which will allow the biggest of families to enjoy the beautiful surrounds, this project has certainly embraced a minimalist palette both to its exterior and interior.

Monte Manor, embraces a classic modern material palette, with Monument colorbond standing seam along with natural timber like features. Taking advantage of the natural surrounds and valley views, the biophilic nature of the links from all three pavilions, especially the living areas, is enhanced by the use of extensive glazing to the grand gabled ends.
